Reconstituting a lyophilized peptide

    PREPARE

    Let the vial reach room temperature. Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab.

    ADD WATER

    Slowly add bacteriostatic water down the side of the vial — never directly onto the powder.

  3. 3

    DISSOLVE

    Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.

  4. 4

    MEASURE

    Use the Reconstitution Calculator to work out the correct volume.

  5. 5

    STORE

    Keep the reconstituted vial refrigerated at 2–8°C, away from light.
